Car financing advise

Wonderful people of myfico forums, need some advise.

I really need a car, ideally new but not opposed to used. What is my best course of action to get financed?

I have a Fico of 706. Looking for a 20k vehicle at most. Suggestions on where to start loan shopping?

AAoA: 2 years 4 months (just opened an amex though)

# of positive trade lines: 18

# of negative trade lines: 0

Income: 35k

Lenght of Employment: 7 months at current employer

Previous Loan Experience: Student loans only

Debt-to-Income (DTI): Minimal. CC's are paid off and I only have a $250 payment on my student loans

Year of Car: 2012

Miles: 42k

Purchase/Refinance: purchase

Requested loan term (XX Months): either 60 or 72 months

Down payment amount: none

Co-borrower/Co-Signer: none

why dont you go to BOA website and apply for Auto loan to get instant decision. my guess you fine with it !!

Sorry to hi jack your post. Does boa need any proof of income for car loan?

I have secured cc with them for 10 months now, does it help? Decent spending and pif every month.

If I fail to submit proof of income for the auto loan, how is it going to affect my secured cc and future relationship with them?

Sometime they do, but sometime they don't.if they required income for verification, if you don't provide it. They just simple denial your application,  it nothing to effect your CC!. But if you just have credit card for 10 months. I guess 70% your application will reject. Its my 2 cents
