Any USAA members used CarFinance.Com for auto financing? I applied for an auto loan via USAA but was denied due to recent BK. I received a notice from USAA to apply at CarFinance.Com. Happy New Year!
Just applied there...BK d/c in July. Chrysler Financial approved us for up to 93k but won't give an APR or anything until we choose a car so I'm giving this a try. I'll post when I hear something!
Approval within 5 minutes for 23k @ 8.3%. I went back & asked for more due to 100k yearly income so I am waiting to see what they come back with. I looked them up and they seem to negotiate with you on the loan amount so crossing my fingers.
They gave me the 31k which I asked for. Interest rate did not change. EX 612
Any updates to this thread guys?

Ended up financing 37k at 8.3% for 72 months in January. Not bad considering they only approved us for 23k initially but I went back to them for the final go and they gave it to me! I think that income had alot to do with it. 3 months in now and I have no complaints. I'll refi with DCU in a few months (July at the 1 year d/c anniversary)
I was referred by USAA as well and had great results with Carfinance.com. I just had a Ch7 discharge in January and my scores range from 530-580. They approved me for 28k at 7.4% for 72 months and nothing down. I'm sure I could have pushed for more, but we didn't want to go too big after BK. We pick up our new ride today.
I refi'd through CarFianance.com(8.1%) about 8 mos ago, from GM Financial(16.2%). Unfortunately, contrary to what they tell you, they don't have a functioning website, so you can't log on and see your account, pay off, etc. In fact, since I've paid ahead every single month, they refuse to even send me a statement--I've never gotten a single email or letter from them outside of the initial welcome letter which directed me to their website. Their website has been being revamped since I started with them, obviously a lie.
The only way to make a payment outside of a recurring regular monthly payment and not have to pay a fee is to mail in a check, which they take their sweet time processing/posting/cashing.
I would not recommend using CarFinance.com, its clear they target low end subprime market and they serve you like it.
