Carvana

So I recently bought my daughter a car online through Carvana. This would be my second purchase through them. Actually the car was on its way to us to be delivered and there was a $790 shipping fee that needed to be paid. They attempted to take it from an account number that I removed from the original application that was cancelled and restarted a new app per their reps instructions! Well the day of delivery they attempted to take it from the wrong acct, it failed, and they cancelled my order! They allowed me to repurchase it, but now they are asking for documents I dont have and won't finalize the purchase until I send them in? I feel Like this can't be legal? Please help

I had no problems when I bought a car from them in 2020, but from what I've seen online, Carvana is really really bad at clearing things up when problems occur.🙁

What documents are they asking you for?   Income verification?  Proof of address?  They're handling the financing / approval for this purchase, correct ?

You may wish to do a bit of research into recent problems Caravana  has faced. Please note the use of the word may. I'm not stating anything.
