DCU Rates and credit score

I understand that DCU uses EQ5? Is that the mortgage or the auto 5 score they look at for auto loans? What score do you need to get the best interest rates?

EQ5 mortgage

Everything I have read says 730+ gets best rate

I will know for sure when I apply in October
