After 4 hellish years with Santander at 24.99%, I've finally closed a DCU auto refinance loan at 3.49%, and couldn't be happier about it.
Due to items in Chexsystems reporting out-of-date, I had some initial trouble gaining membership, but after going through the proper dispute channels with Chexsystems and getting the accounts all reported as paid (which was a grueling 2 months), I was finally accepted by DCU for membership this week, and my subsequent auto loan.
Goodbye, Santander!
