After being turned down by PenFed in December for not having enough open aged accounts, I called DCU this morning. They pulled EQ(their specific score, not FICO08) 685, and approved me for 3.99%! This will lower my payments $50/month, and cut 4-5 months off the remaining term.
The original loan, acquired in June, was my first new credit account in about 4 years. I had no revolving accounts at the time. I currently have these two secured accounts: OpenSky and Discover.
My EQ score provided by DCU in October was 649.
I have 9 HPs on EQ, earliest 2017-06-15, most recent 2017-11-09(not received the DCU one yet).

Gotta love DCU, both my cars are through DCU. Congrats!
Congrats on the APR decrease!
Love me some DCU, congrats!

Congrats on the approval. FYI, when you’re closing the loan with them, ask if there are any preapproved offers for their credit cards on your account. You can usually get a credit card at the same time you get your auto loan, with no additional HP. Their limits are pretty generous, and the APR’s are competitive.
Aww... how quaint, DCU sent me a payment book. It even includes stickers with their mailing address. Like I'm ever going to use that.

I had to call back in to check on something a few days later. After the rep answered my questions, he offered me to apply for one of their cards. I resisted! (Just approved for Chase Freedom and AMEX BCE.)

Anyone know what they will do as far as loan to value ratios? I'm way upside down on my auto, need some help!
Thanks all!
They go up to 120% LTV.
Well, I might just barely make it under the 120%. Thanks for the information. Greatly appreciated!!
