Do CU's pull Auto Enhanced Scores?

My regular scores aren't that great right now.  Mainly due to high utl (which we be dramatically lowered within the month) and also because my Sallie Mae loan is showing 120+ since I wasn't aware my loan had become due until it was already way late.  Anyways, my Auto Enhanced score should be really good.  I was thinking of trying to get a "pre approval" from my CU (I just recently joined) but wasn't sure if they pulled Auto Enhanced or if only dealerships did?  Does that make sense?  I am just curious!  Thanks!

if you are sure that in the next few weeks that you will have a positive pop on your credit score.

Quit worrying about auto enhanced and wait 2 months and then see.

If you are sure your scores will improve in 2 months it seems a poor choice to take a credit pull hit that will lower your score.

While an auto enhanced FICO does flavor toward the auto loan in particular, all CR data (lates, CO's, CA's) affect it also.  AND, FICO alone does not determine credit approval.  FICO is the initial qualifier, then CR contents (and income) determine final approval decision.

Other factors such as how much the loan will be, how much down will you provide and what your debt to income is, will be of huge importance as well, especially when you have derogs.
