My limited understanding is most use FICO 8 Auto Enhanced currently and have for quite some time; it's a fairly reasonable bet, FICO auto-enhanced models had good market penetration for more than a decade.
If you aren't looking to take a swing on an AU score, plenty of credit unions underwrite on the base classic ones ranging from FICO 2 to FICO 8 depending on which one you approach.
