First Timer

Hi All,

I am a 24 year old first time buyer. My TU is 728. I make 42,000 a year. My question is, being that I am 24, out of school, make ok money, am i still likely to experience ridiculously high interest rates?

No, you should be okay as long as you have other tradelines and a down payment.

As you can see from my signature, I was able to get 0% for 36 month's.

That was as a first time buyer. I put down 20% plus TT&L.

Too many INQs & low AAoA so I'm off to tend the Garden.     Age:23
