Okay guys I took a dive and got a dealer price on used 2012 Mazda 3 I touring sky active 28k miles good condition listed for 14900 to 14.2k and 2k down so a 12.2k loan for 48 months @6.09 through TD Financial which Mazda picked how do I easily escape paying hefty interest no penalty for prepayment guy wanted me to make at least 3 payments
Cause they apparently had an agreement cause my history was so short

I think you got a good deal on the car, the interest rate, maybe, maybe not. You can always refinance to a lower interest rate in about a year. Does your contract state that there are penalties for pre-payment? Are you saying they also wanted 3 payments up front?

No contract says no penalty for prepayment and they said the finance company sometimes gives them deals on applicants borderline and part of deal is the buyer makes 3 on time payments preferably before paying principal off
