Drove the car back home yesterday. I purchased an odyssey. What I did is use the email to contact the dealer nearby and find the most reasonable price that I can accept for. Because that dealer is the only one has the color and type I like, I just dicuss the price via internet and go there directly to purchase the car.
I told them I will use my own finance and I will only bring the check that has the amount we agree to come to pick up car, Not other package or adds is needed. If they want to send to me for free, it is okay

I have them mailed the purchase order (not the real contract and I did not sign it) to the DCU, and DCU mail me the check with the money (exact amount we agree with) overnight. Because the check has the car informaiton on it (VIN number) so that the dealer can not play any tricks. When I arrive there, they want to sell me some service package, which when I show the check and say I do not have more money for that, they just shut up. The whole process is < 2hour, which I am happy about the process. Really hate to negotiate with them and a lot of traps for each step. Feel really good no need to finance with them.
So the learning is the DCU can accept the purchase order (not the real contract) and to mail you the check.Thanks a lot for everyone's help
