2. Did you file bk and reaffirm the debt to keep the car?
3. How are you coming off bk as a completion and will it be discharged?
4. When did you file for bk?
5. If it is a new bk or within 6 months I believe that you can include the car in the bk if you did not reaffirm the debt?
6. What is your goal with the vehicle?
