I financed a 2014 fat boy last year. They stated out at a ridiculous 11%.I walked out of the dealership and they ran after me and offered 5.95%. They also didn't charge me prep fees and that lot fee so I saved about 900$. I also put down 4500$.I could have probably gotten a lower apr but they made other deals. If you don't want to put the money down then don't. There deal seems pretty reasonable. Me I just always put money down.
Yeah mine is 5.95with a 753 fido score.
Not for that model.

I've now been made aware of "Prep fee's" and I'm sure that was one of the things I was getting charged for, that helped rack up that nearly $1500-$2000 in extra money ontop of the cost of the bike. I will definitely be negotiatiing those fee's this fall-winter time.
I'll try to arrange financing with my local CU also before going back into the shop.
