You can alleviate a lot of the problem by selling the Juke private party. You'll get much more than the dealer is offering. You'll still likely be undwater, but much less.
Second, make sure you do some shopping and learn how to car shop. Unless the Sonata you are buying is the Turbo Limited model with every option $30K is too much. And if that's what you're looking at, forget the Turbo. Previuos models the Turbo was quick. This year they really toned it down. Drive the regular version, you'll be surprised.
