All cleared up they sent in writting they are sticking to the agreement and corrected my credit report to reflect payments and the balance is going down as I make them. I also have a new contact there and wont have to deal with the jerk face that was threatening me. BIG sigh of relief. I am so thankful for all your suggetions everyone!
