Help Infinit...

Car was stolen 10/08; written of 30 days later left with 6205 bal... GAP insurance paid bal... so I thought pulled rpt today only to see file has not been updated since 11/08 and showing 6205 balance. Called fin company and was told that I dont show a balance. Agent was not helpful.

What type of letter should I send and should it be by fax or mail...

Just dispute with CRA, if your account is showing a zero balance it shouldn't be difficult for them to correct it. If your dispute comes back verified, then I'd be sending a letter to the finance company.
