Help Me Plan an Auto Purchase

Update: was busy paying down all debt this last month (Yay!). I messed on 1 card and didn't get the balance fully below 9% before statement, furtunately I had made 2/3 the payment before, the last 1/3rd two days before statement, but it took 3 days to clear. 

Anyways I haven't picked an exact car yet but the preapprovals are for late model used 2024/used 2023. Scores in signature, and see my recent post for rest of credit profile.

Navy: 6.99%

BOA: 7.4%

PenFed: 6.34%

Tried to get BOA to match APR, they refused, oh well. Last app will be with dealer, loyal to the brand and they have a 3.99% promotional which I should be in the range for Tier I.

Success. Went with dealer 4.99%, 2023 model, good price at $25k off original MSRP, loyalty credit and no bs through the sale. They are going to clean/repair all scratches/signs of wear etc. I left the care with them for the work to be completed, not in a rush and didn't want to take delivery without all the tidying up done.
