How many times can you Refinance?

I have another thread seeking some refinance advice but thought of another critical question that would impact my decision making process. How many times can you refinance an auto loan?

I have refinanced the same car twice.

What matters are:

Loan to value

How much you will save.

Why you are refinancing.

@njcobra, thanks. I was just checking as I thought I read somewhere on these forums that you could refinance twice so I took that to mean only twice.
