i think this company is totally legit, it's one of the biggest mitsubishi dealerships here in socal. they verified my income, residence, etc. i also called the credit union that they recommended and the refinance will not come out to 56k. They will refinance it at MSRP + pro-rated residual at the time of 6 months, minus any payments and downpayments.
