You have the option of automatic monthly payments from checking account (safest) or pay by credit card, debit card, cash or M.O. My instinct is to go with the automatic pyment so I don't need to worry about it. But I was wondering if people here pay auto financing/lease using a credit card to get their points? Thnxs in advance!!!

I usually have my lease payments taken directly out of my account. There are huge fees added when paying with a CC. So I avoid paying with it. Congrats on the new ride..

Well if you have a 2% fee and pay with a 3% cashback card (Discover It Miles, for e.g.) you'll still come up ahead.
If you need to meet some spend bonuses somewhere you could try those cards as well.

Agreed. But personally not worth it for me. But I know what you are saying...
Did you apply with Nissan motor credit corp. what score you had. Which bureau?. Did you go thru dealership?
What year and model? Also, what led you to lease a Nissan?

I went through the dealership. They (NIMAC) approved the lease. The dealer told me Experian but in fact NIMAC pulled from Equifax (per bureau monitoring) which I was grateful since Equifax is my highest score (755). I test drove several different cars around Syracuse, NY and Royal Auto (Nissan) in Cortland was BY FAR the most professional and relaxed. (Hope it was OK to include it; if not, just cross it out - mods).

2014 Maxima Premium with tech package. There are VERY few left (at least in NYS) and they are giving 6-10K rebates for the ones they have left.
I test drove Nissan Rogue, Maxima, Subaru Outback and Mazda CX-5. It was a choice between SUV and sedan and after much thought, the SUV was just too much car for me as I am single. I think the Maxima is cool and the test drive was spiffy. With the huge rebate, it was an ez decision. PM me if you have anymore ???.
