Entire process took less than 24 hours. All documents were electronically filled and check was sent out the door. They pulled my credit at a 615 and lowered my rate from 20% to 10.2%. Still high, but it lowered my monthly payment from $500 to $390. Yes they extended the loan a few months so it's a new 65 month lease but this absolutely serves my purpose of lowering my monthly expenses. Each time I chatted online or spoke with a representative on the phone they were first class. Would highly recommend looking in to DCU if you need to refi. Tried to use same credit pull for one of their credit cards but the said my 2 new credit cards were a little too new. Was worth a shot.

The are very good. I got a refinance at 1.74%
I love them.
Welcome to DCU - I have nothing but praise for them.
As far as the credit card, give it a year and reapply - I went from "no" to yes $5k after 6 months, to $10k to $15k over a period of two years. I also have two card loans one at 1.49% and the other at 1.74%.

I have had my card with them for 9 months. Asked for a CLI twice and both big fat NO.
My FICO EQ 5 is 745. 3% sneaky clean files. Not sure why I can't get more out of them. I have a zero balance on the card. Once a month I borrow from the card and pay it back within a week. When I first got it I had a BT on it for 6k and paid it off in 3 months. I have 9% APR on it. Was originally instantly approved for 10k, but that's where it stands.
