Infiniti Financial Services

So I recently took out an auto loan thru Santander Consumer for 23.5k at a high 17.9 APR. when I got that loan I was completely maxed out on all my cards and my credit score was a 580 or something like that..That was for a ford focus... I originally was gonna push the purchase of the infiniti back but after speaking to a sales rep who I know he said now is the time to buy since they renamed the JX to the QX 60, so my question is, with a brand new auto loan reporting, a 8 month old personal loan, and an OLD ford credit auto loan that I was late on 21x, would I be able to secure say a 40k auto loan thru infiniti financial services with say 20 percent down, so I would be looking to purchase a 50k vehicle (JX 35)

I have never been late on any of my loans currently reporting so that's the personal loan, and this brand new loan(first time it will report is this month on the 25th or a few days after it)

My income is pretty good, I am a self employed contractor, my income will be well above 100k this year when I do my taxes, just got a pretty big job that I am starting in September...

This time last year I was approved with them for 37.5k, @5.6% that was with only the one installment acct. (ford credit 21 lates) and pretty much all brand new credit cards except for a few. The freedom was new, Barclays...

Do you think I could possibly qualify for 1.9% or even get the loan for that matter... I can most definitely afford to have 2 auto loans going at once, also, I plane in refinancing my Santander loan for a much favorable rate, @24months... I would want to finance the infiniti for 60 months.... Any suggestions?

My utilization right now is 4%

Are you looking to lease it? you might have a better chance...

Infiniti is pretty easy, so if the INQ is no biggie to you I would pop over to the dealership and let your friend push on a credit app... depending on size of dealership and inventory I wouldn't be surprised if Infiniti will do it (not tier 1 but they will I bet!)

Re: Infiniti Financial Services

Hey, so I wasn't necessarily looking to lease, however I'm open to it... What would you recommend? If at all I am able to finance it, I would like to do that due to the no restricted miles and having the security of knowing that the vehical is mine... So you think this new auto loan would present a problem for me?

Re: Infiniti Financial Services

And how easy are infiniti financials, I heard also if your purchasing a New infiniti as I would be doing, 10x out of 10 they pick up the loan.. Is that true?

Re: Infiniti Financial Services

Why did you buy this other car at all if you want Infiniti?
Could you really put 20% down because that seems like a way better use to pay this terrible rate ford if so.
As far as lease vs finance... Lease will probably be easier but I think Infiniti would pick up a buy at tier 2 or 3 on purchase.

Re: Infiniti Financial Services

I purchased the ford focus for my wife, and I would like to get this infiniti especially since I can get a good deal now. And yes I could put 20 percent on the new infiniti, also I am waiting to refi the Santander loan...

What are the interest rates for tier 2 and 3?

you should be able to go right on the website and do it... Nissan will show you if you can't get the calculator on Infiniti to work (same thing) use to be able to do that down to like 610 and still get offered the 1.9 or 2.9% what ever it was at the time... they are pretty easy lender!
