Is it Possible to Refinance Capital One Blank Check?

So I was recently approved for an 8.53% loan for up to $27,000 and was very happy given I couldn't get close to that anywhere else. This was probably because I have two credit cards with them currently and have been on time roughly for a year after having a few baddies and late 120s in college a few years back.  So the meat of this question, has anyone had success or aware if its possible to refinance their auto loans? Their website says we cannot refinance the auto loans, but does that only mean thru them or thru anyone? I thought we could refinance thru any bank/CU we chose?

They just meant that they won't refinance their own loan which is somewhat common. You can certainly go elsewhere to refinance if you find something lower down the road .
