Re: Lease or Finance?

Thanks, I am going to do that this weekend, the Edmunds route, does anyone know what the MF is for an X7? Or what the residual is on that model? Would something in the area of 55%-62% be reasonable? Thanks

Also, I too like the RR because of off roading, but the horror stories of the problems people have even scare me into not wanting to lease that thing!

Thanks

Re: Lease or Finance?

Well I went with the Buy and got the 1.9% promo rate from Chase (LandRover/Jaguar) @Anonymous months

MF -  20k Down

97k for truck

I'm happy with the rate - they pulled Equifax 9 ( One HP )

Hope this helps !

Re: Lease or Finance?

The car doesn't care how you financed it for reliability.  Where people run into issues are financing 5-7 years with no down payment and do not climb out of negative equity by the time the warranty expires.    So if you have a panache for vehicles that may be problematic after the warranty period, lease it if not capable of keeping the loan short enough to keep negative equity at bay.

Edmunds has a forum where you can post your zip code and request MF and RV for your desired terms. Just google "2021 BMW X7 MF and RV", the edmunds forum for that model should be one of the first results. You typically will get a response in a few hours.
