I do from experience they almost always use experian, not sure which version. You can probably look for toyota financial services for more info
Just an update as I did a lease with Lexus yesterday they used the TU Auto Enhanced 04 version for me showing a 711 which they gave me tier 1 financing, but they also pulled EQ as well, but used the better of the two scores. Was hoping to get away with just two HP one from dealer and one from lexus, but lexus wanted to see EQ for whatever reason as well.
The trick is really figuring out what the damn APR is on a lease, forgot to ask the money factor which is as closest as you can get to APR from my understanding money factor x term(lease length) i believe
money factor times 2400 gives you an APR. You can go to edmunds under the forum and find money factors for leases...there are a few memebers with inside info you can give you the exact MF as they vary by term, mileage, model, even by AWD/RWD etc.
they you can compare the markup

assume 2400 is for 24 month lease and 3600 would be for a 36 month leave or is it always 2400? I thought it was just say term is 24 months so 24 multiplied by the money factor then multiply by 100 to move the decimals, which is esentiallly the same thing as your 2400 you mention i believe.

It's always MF X 2400, no matter the term of the lease.

When you say the above, do you mean "dealers" or "toyota financing"? I have a very high TU Auto 04 and want to go to the right place.

Toyota Financing but your credit will be pulled by both the dealer and the bank. However the bank will be going with your score.
