I was looking at applying for auto refinance with light stream. Will a Chapter 13 BK that was discharged 3 years ago prevent me from getting a loan from them. FICO score is around 680. Thanks!

I believe if you create an account with Lending Club you can provide info. and they'll sp you to see if you qualify for any offers including from LightStream aka Trust Co. Bank (eta: Suntrust..goodness!) aka (now) Truist.  If it's not Lending Tree then it could be Lending Club.  Sorry, can't remember but try both to see and maybe you'll get an answer.  Good Luck!

If you can't get in with Light Stream then try credit unions. They are usually a bit more friendly. PenFed was good to be on a few auto loans while my BK13 was still reporting.
