Well my moms always had issues with credit... and her previous spell of bad credit (she helped my uncle by opening a card...)
well now she's back into the 680-700 after doing our PFD, and everything else was paid.
today she was approved 65k at DCU! We just sent over the purchase agreement/income statement a few minutes ago
Yeah at first it was my aunt doing identity theft in her name (which she refused to report 😡). Then that with my uncle and a discover card... she paid it off but not till they sent notice that it was delinquent 120 days almost charged off...
she's doing great and I learned a lot from her misfortunes, and refuse to sign anything for anyone other then DW.
She has her eye on a Lexus GX460, her Lexus is paid off so she will probably try selling that as well! I'll take her on Monday to look at what she wants and hash out some type of deal!
Congratulations to your mom! 😃

Very nice! Congrats again to her. As for dealing with family, yea, that can be tricky for some. My mom didn't have any issues with her siblings by way of identify theft but she also had a hard time telling them "no" which left her holding the bag on a few occasions.
As for myself, I learned a long time ago never to do such favor for family or friends. It rarely ends well.
But here's to your mom getting a new set of wheels that I'm sure she deserves.
