I've bought 4 new cars in past 4 years, all with PenFed loans & always auto paid. I applied last month & was instantly approved but canceled because I couldn't find the car I wanted. So I applied this week & now it says' pending with loan officer'. Not sure why if my loans have been auto debited for 4 years. Any ideas?
