Multiple Security Deposits on BMW Lease

If a dealer knows ahead of time that I'll be paying max MSDs will it have any sway on the MF I'm given?

For example, if I was Tier 2 but BMWFS knows there's 7 MSDs would they give me Tier 1 based off that?

or 

Would the MSDs come into play after they decide on a MF?

I understand how MSDs work to reduce the money factor regardless, but can having MSDs in the deal actually influence the initial credit decision of BMW?

MSDs will not affect your tier and therefore will not affect the MF you qualify for, MSDs will just reduce the MF you qualified for.
