Got a loan approval from NFCU and my scores were about 25 points lower with NFCU's pull. My official FICO auto scores are 770 and above across the board and other scores are 760 and above. Their scores say 737. I thought lenders like this use FICO scoring?? What gives??
Did you obtain a 3B Report here the same day the NFCU pulled their report? If not, no way to really know if your scores were the same ones they saw.
Also, NFCU may have used a mortgage score or some other version. And they may have used their own version of a score.
Finally, did you receive the lowest rate available? If so, it really does not matter.
Hello, yes I am a member of FICO and I did pull from my 3B report. I did not get the lowest rate by about less than a 1/2 percent, and your right at least I got a good rate but still curious. I do have a rental so my DTI is a little high might have made a little difference. Thanks!
