I just recently joined a few days ago. i had to pay $10 to join an organization an $5 for the saving/checking account. I got an email same day about emailing or faxing an id and proof of residence utility bill/phone bill ect. i emailed the documents to them and less then 2 days later i was a member. Although i haven't received my member id instantly i got to wait 7-10 days but you can still call an refinance before you get the documentation from them.
I haven't received my documents yet an i was pre-approved for a $15,000 auto loan with a 1.79% interest rate and they offered me there platinum rewards card with $2500 limit. They will pull 2 hard pulls (one for opening account an one for refinance or loan). But they only did one hard pull for both the auto loan an the CC
Oh BTW they pulled EQ of 710
