I was quoted in getting an interest rate of 5.99% with ly score being a 648 nothing negative reporting on my Trans, but wasn't able to get approved for the refinance. I'm a little bummed by this....I know my credit cards were closed to max out at the time just bummed I couldn't re refinanced. I think I might wait a month or two and just try and find a new car, my auto loan will at least be a year old in May.
CC Util plays a major role in your FICO score so try to get it down as much as you can if possible below 10%. Also Auto enhanced FICO scores are different than regular FICO so keep paying on time (a little bit extra if possible) and this will give you some boost atleast few months down the line
Yea I'm paying them all down now I was just a little hopeful to see if I could refi beforehand. I think I might wait a few more months to at least have this loan be on my CR for a full year, before I try again....well I'm trying to force myself of this.

Do you have a dealership that you trust? Rather than continue working with Santander, you might be wise to try and trade that car in and roll what's owed into the loan on a new or used vehicle that is financed with a reputable finance company. This is the route I would take, otherwise you continue to throw good money after bad with the likes of Santander. I don't have good experiences with Santander.
Yea that's what I was thinking, but I'm gonna wait a few months so this loan on my account is a year old and ensure that my utilization is down really low when I apply so hopefully that will help me out. What I've read on here I know Santander stinks and I was so upset when I got stuck with them last year when I had to find a car after my new one got wrecked.
