Plus collections from last year? How many of those?
From a BK years ago to:
EX - 9/09 pulled by lender 802, EQ - 10/10-813, TU - 10/10-774

I paid of my collections last year. There was 3 of them as of Feb 2010

It's always good to pay off any debt but the damage from those collections is the same whether paid or not.
May I make a suggestion? I think you should start a new thread in Rebuilding Your Credit detailing your situation including everything you've listed here and follow advice given to you there. IMO (In My Opinion) until you repair and rebuild your credit profile you will either pay a very high interest rate for a car because of your present scores and/or have to put down a very large down payment.
I personally would put off thinking about a car until a lot of credit repair is done. I wish you well in your journey.

Man, how much more repair can I do? I only owe $48 dollars in debt. Can I like bring my score and statements to the dealers?

Like previously posted, if you list over in rebuilding, you will probably get a lot of feedback about writing these companies that you had collections with or late payments and ask for a good will of them to delete the negatives related to your account etc.
I would wait until you receive all your statements in the mail showing everything paid off and pull your TU again and see if you have made it to 600... and I would probably lean towards Nissan because they are a little more relaxed with approvals into not perfect credit... but save save save up until you need to go buy because I think you will need more down to make this deal happen
Thanks everyone, truly appreciated it. A lil disheartened but informative nevertheless.
Personally, I think that until your reports are cleaned up (lates & collections GONE, not just paid up) you'd be better off saving up & finding a used car for about 5-7k. I have mid 700 scores & wouldn't buy a car that expensive. You can find something for less. I've had a 95 Bimmer for over 4 years that I paid 7k for. That car gets me to work & back at 100 miles every day....I just keep up with the maintenance-tires, belts fully synthetic oil changes. She keeps on running!
Get the car you can AFFORD....not the car you merely WANT.
