You shouldnt have a problem with Ford, I would encourage you go to Ford.com and look at the current rebates and incentives. Also, if you arent planning to purchase within the next 60 days, you should join EAA ( $40 annual membership fee ) and be X-plan eligible if you arent already.
If you arent willing to wait the 60 days for the X-plan and live in southern OK and are willing to make the drive to Dallas/Ft Worth. Look up Josh Purdy at Grapevine Ford in Grapevine, Texas. He is Ford`s top SW Region sales rep for the last 3 years, he works his own deals so there is no back and forth to the manager BS, and he most likely will give you a price the same ( or better than X plan )
He got me into a new 2013 Ford Focus, at a price lower than X plan, with ZERO down, and 1.9% APR for 72 months with scores that were a little lower than what I have posted below.

Oh, and as an added bonus with buying a car there, if you have a flight out of DFW Airport you can schedule your car for an oil change ( or some other mundane low cost maintence ) - leave it there, catch the shuttle to and from the Airport, and pick your car up ( that had free non airport parking ) when you return.
