Other than DCU are there any national lenders handing out Used Auto refis in the 2-3% range?
I have a new car loan a little under ~5% that I would not mind restructuring but I don't think I will find anyplace worth while. Anyone have a receint sub 3 refi?

Most CU's will do that. I'm a member of Logix and got 4.45% with a 659 EX pull.
If your score is better, they can give you a better rate.

+1
The national avg right now is about 2.74% per bankrate...there are plenty of lenders BoA and others offerring sub 3 & 4 rates for used and refi's
What may change the situation ( you didn't specify) is the AGE of your used car...
Some lenders will only offer X rate based upon the age of said used car
ex: 2.49 for used cars from 2015-2010
but 4.99 for older models
whereas some lenders make see all cars 2015-1999 the same
Plus the length of the new loan affects the rates offered
*NFCU has
New car 1.79 (36mo) up to 4.49 (96mo)
Late model Used (based on AGE and length of loan) 1.79-3.09
Used (based on AGE and length ) 3.59%-36mo to 5.89%-72mo
So much info needed to have clue as to what rates are available to you????
It's a 2015.
My Credit Union is on my bad list for various things, but I will probably let them pull me. They us EX, which is not to my advantage. No guarantee I will get prime rates - I am waffling a bit but they publish rates around 3. I'll report back if I pull the trigger
