You can do that by (a) doing balance transfers from your credit card account, or (b) using a payment service such as Plastiq.com

Don't know if rs a good idea. Typically cash advance or balance transfer from credit card is 3%. Ok let's say u have promotion on card with 0% for 15 months. Now u need to pay off 15k+ in 15 months and if u can't more likely interest is what 20%+ for cash advance??
