I received the check from penfed for the car I'm about to buy both me and my wife applied for the loan and her name is on the loan paper work but only my name and the sellers name is on the check. I was wondering if she needed to sign the check too or just me and the seller? I don't wanna drive 5 hours and then the seller back out cause she didn't sign the check.
