During the month of May this year, I financed a motorcycle. My credit score was in the 570-580 range.
After monitoring my score from each credit bureaus for 5 months, it looks like my motorcycle lender only reports to Experian. My scores for TransUnion and Equifax have gotten a little better but still not in the 600's. Experian on the other hand, I'm at 636.
I was looking to refinance within the next few months or even after a year of on time payments but was wondering if it was even possible. I was hoping to refinance through DCU but it looks like they pull Equifax.
Is there any way or is there a certain bank that pulls experian especially since they would want to see my on time payment history for what I'm trying to refinance?
As far as DCU, would I be able to ask them to pull experian instead? I know it might be easier to ask them but having all of you guys on this forum might have had a similar situation.
anyone? any help would be appreciated
Maybe the other two CB's are a bit slow? I would think any loan, Car, Motorcyle, Morgage etc would be on all 3. When did it report on the one?
