Refinance lease?

Is it possible to refinance a lease? I think I might be paying too much per month on my cars!

It is possible but if you think you are paying too much on a lease you'd be paying much more on a purchase.  As a general rule a 36 month lease payment is equal to a 72 month purchase payment

How would I go about finding out if I'm paying too much and what kind of options I have? Should I go to my bank or just ask the dealership?

I currently have 2 cars I'm paying for, both of them on a 36 month lease. 2012 Camaro LS 428/month; 2012 Cruze LT/RS 311/month

Call your local credit union or bank that you have a relationship with.  Neither of those payments seem out of line.
