Refinance older vehicle 12 yr dilemma

Hi All ,

Been working on my credit for almost a year. At the end of this month I should be over 700. I want to refianace a 2007 vehicle and of course DCU won't because of their 12yr rule. Any other good banks that do not have this rule ?
