Hello!
Question for people who have used road loans before..
I was approved with roadloans but im quite confused on the vehicle requirements?
it says 2005 or newer with less than 120k miles,
but the customer service told me it HAS to be a 2014 car or newer with less than 60k miles..but the website says something else.
Than they told me if i want a used (older) vehicle that the DEALERSHIP must apply through santander and i have to wait 3-5 days for that to process after documents are submitted.. anyone else have that problem..? Or a different expierence..
Bump

what website says they offer and what you get approved for are often 2 different things.
What terms did you get approved for? like amount and interest rate?
and if you bought at dealership and they could only get you approved through roadloans it doesn't slow the process up, they can do it instantly usually.
you have a carmax near you?
15k and 72 months 10% interest sith 2k down payment
when i applied it told me any used car 2005 or newer with less then 120k miles.. now it ssomething different..
the nearest carmax is 5 hours away
In order to use the offer you have it does have to be model year or newer(2014+). As far as the other terms, you will have to find a car within those terms and the dealer will have to resubmit to Santander for approval. I used Carmax and it was quick and easy when I brought my car a few months ago. If you can't make it to a Carmax your best bet is the find a Roadloan friendly dealer. That number is slim where I live.
