Runaround

Good for you.  We did almost the same thing over a year ago.  My wife got the runaround from her new CU, mine said OK whatever you need, but she wanted the car on her own. So we gave in and let the finance guy run her credit.  He came back with the deal, knocked 2K off the price, and asked for $500 down.  We drove the car home happy.  You just never know.

It's over now. My new truck is parked safely in my driveway. The CU called today but I didn't have time to talk. I think I'll go talk to them tomorrow after work. Thanks to all from this site for the advice that I have read over the last 2 years

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!!  Congratulations!  Now you have to drive across the country and give each member a ride as we pull up the the CU to Booooo and Hissssss at them.
