I should have known better but I got a call today that I missed my payment... WHAT, I am set up for paper statements and e-mail and text alerts regarding this account, I got none! I paid instantly online which cost me $10.95 but this account is now being set up for recurring payments from my billpay so this never happens again... can't wait until I get my score up a little more for a refinance!
