Security Service FCU Auto Loans

As I am reestablishing my credit I am conscientious about credit inquiries on my credit report. I went to SSFCU today to see if I could get pre-approved for an auto loan and find out what I can qualify for. I was told that under no circumstances that they could do a soft pull. I am almost ready to either buy or lease but I would just like a general idea of what I would qualify for and the interest rate I would be getting.

As if today I have FICO Score 8: EQ728; TU 730; EX 732 - Inquires EQ 2; TU 2; EX 2 - AAoA 1.1 years - No Derogatories - 8% Utilization and a credit line of $15,300 over 6 trade lines, a closed selflender account, paid as agreed, and an open selflender account which will be paid in full by November.

EQ FICO Auto 9 (736); FICO Auto 8 (726); FICO Auto 5 (732)

TU FICO Auto 9 (727); FICO Auto 8 (727); FICO Auto 4 (721)

EX FICO Auto 9 (730); FICO Auto 8 (732); FICO Auto 2 (714)

Can anyone recommend a lender that will pre-approve a new car loan or lease with only a soft pull?

On a lease you'll want to go with the captive (the manufacturer's finance arm).  Do you know what you are looking at?
