State employees credit union auto refinance approval

I was recently approved to refinance my truck loan through state employees credit union. The interest rate is 3.95 for 72 months. I was kinda in shock since I'm only 9 months post chapter 7 discharged. I was at 17.16 with gm financial. I did try PenFed and dcu first but was denied because of my bankruptcy. I know state employees pulled Equifax and I believe my score was 626 if they used beacon 5.0. I'm so happy to have got this done so soon out of bankruptcy.

Hey there, Congrats! They actually use your FICO Score 8 (EQ) and nothing else! I've been dealing with them for years, had a few cars from them, theyre rates are super low and they are pretty leniant too! I highly recommend using them every chance you get!

Congratulations! I definitely agree. State employees is a great institution. They are very lenient and have great rates. I will continue to use them for anything I need.
