Does anyone know if Suntrust will recon Auto Loan declines?    I tried to refinance my car through them, since  I bank through them.  They denial letter said that my credit history isn't that old.  I've been paying on my car for three years, but got a few new credit cards last year,  so that that brought down my average age.  I just wondered if anyone of them recon any loans.

They may, I have no experience with them personally. If you don't mind, fill this out, and I'll try to see if applying elsewhere is worth it. Generally, short credit history shouldn't be an issue if you have a prior auto for 3 years. Pretty sure DCU doesn't care about low AAoA.
