Swap-A-Lease ? How does it work?

So, how exactly does this work?  I'm not trying to get rid of my lease at the moment, but I may want to in about a year or so.  I've heard of SwapALease and was curious how it works?  Has anyone had any experience with it either putting their car on there or buying one?

Can’t offer much but I have heard of people using it and was recommended to me years ago but I never ended up using it personally. If you search car related forums, you will probably get better results.
