I financed my Lexus with TFS and HATE them. The worst customer service EVER and they lie too. I owe more than my BB value, 44k owed, BB is 36k. I dont think I can get this refinanced with anyone as the amount owed is more than the value. Any suggestions? TFS is the WORST company ever. I have already filed complaints to the BBB and the States AG office. Maybe if Toyota didnt screw up my car would not have devalued as rapidly but sicne everyone seems terrified of driving a Toyota/Lexus for fear their accelerator may get stuck thus killing them, it impacts vehicle values. BLAH!
