Toyota Motor Credit

I would like to purchase a Toyota Tundra, priced at $37K.  My TU is 619, EQ is 520, EX 586.  These were the scores given by mortgage lender.   Annual income is $110K.  Will I be approved by Toyota?

Re: Toyota Motor Credit

Probably, though as always it will depend on downpayment vs how much you're trying to finance.

Re: Toyota Motor Credit

TFS seems to be quite good with their financing terms, lately I have seen several posts from people who secured very favorable interest rates.

But having said that what are the negative accounts on your CRs ? Any lates, COs or repos on auto loans or installment loans ?

Re: Toyota Motor Credit

No repos on EQ or TU but auto charge-off on EX.  Few old collections that I'm trying to deal with now.  Any idea what bureau Toyota or even Nissan pulls?  What are my chances with those scores?

Re: Toyota Motor Credit

IMO I think you can get approved. But your interest rate will depend on how much you can put own, and also if you have financed large installment loans before that would be a plus.

Re: Toyota Motor Credit

Also check the auto loan approvals here, you can see what CRA are pulled by Nissan or Toyota and also what types of rates are out there.

You might be better off going to a local bank or CU first to get pre~approved, then seeing if the dealer can get you a better deal.

Nothing down.  And I've never have the income to make such large purchases.  Income is over 110k annually.

My bank sucks.  Can't even get approval from them.

Re: Toyota Motor Credit

TFS pulled Experian's auto-enhanced FICO score when I financed a vehicle through them in 2009.
