I got one of these in the mail the other day? Has anyone else refi-ed through Wachovia? I have a 12.13% interest rate so I'm looking to lower it. I got declined by roadloans/rategenius. also someone mentioned they won't refi a car loan with negative equity. I drive a hybrid and the resale value of my car has gone up since last time I looked, which has erased a lot of the negative equity. should I even bother?
